Cipro to the Rescue

Our last day in Hanoi was supposed to be spent in Ha Tay (the land of pagodas and handicrafts) and Vac Village (famous for its birdcages, H5N1 and hand fans). Unfortunately, the ice in the pina coloda, frog legs and fish caught up to us so we spent the day in the land of International SOS Medical Center. Chris saw a nice French doctor who took some vitals and blood. He was given some Cipro (antibiotic) and we spent the rest of the day in our hotel room watching the movie City Hall (starring the ever so talented John Cusack - and some guy named Al Pacino) and Orange County Choppers.

Fortunately, Chris felt up to the flight so, we met our guide Nam at about 5 and headed to the airport for our flight to Saigon...
