We got the worst flight back to Tokyo. We took off from Ho Chi Minh City at 11:45 pm and landed in Tokyo at 7:00 am. We can honestly say that we will NEVER do that again. We spent most of Thursday sleeping and doing laundry. Nothing much to report there. Chris took off Friday and we didn't do much on Friday or Saturday except go grocery shopping and watch DVDs of the West Wing. Oh wait, we got our BBQ and outdoor table delivered on Saturday and Chris set it all up.
Sunday was Easter so we cooked a nice meal for ourselves in celebration. We had an antipasto that made us very nostalgic for home. Anyway, we took a picture of the antipasto. For the main course, we made two roasted chickens with potatoes and asparagus. Sorry, no picture of the birds.
